About Gengsu

I'm currently an arts administration master candidate at Indiana University Bloomington. I will be graduating in May 2014. Previously, I studied Art Design at Fudan University, where I obtain rich and steady design skills and in-depth understanding of the interaction between designer and user, as well as user and products.

Since 2012, I had several remarkable internships and practicum in Shanghai, China and Bloomington,IN. I find the thing that the marketing and client service work is extremely audience/customer-oriented, so that I become a good communicator and good at listening to customer's demand. Eventually, I combine my two characters: designer and client-service staff, so I find my exactly career path: human-centered UX designer. Look back at the past experience, I consider myself is a quick-learner with strong self-motivation and compelling self-study ability, which will always lead me to higher level of work.

As an art lover, I spend my weekend in art museum, gallery and theatre. I am also a gourmand, thus I spend my rest of the weekend searching for good restaurant. That's not enough, I do awesome cooking and love to share with friends.
